In short: we use your details only to answer your booking request. This website uses no cookies and does not track you.

What we collect and why
Through the booking form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), stay dates, number of guests, chosen room, estimated arrival time and your message. We use them solely to answer your request and arrange your stay — the legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We also keep a pseudonymised fingerprint of your IP address (not the address itself) for up to 24 hours to stop spam.
Through the honey order form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), town and message, together with what you order. We use them only to call you about the order and arrange delivery — the same legal basis (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Orders are kept for as long as accounting law requires.
Who sees your data
The hosts. The request is delivered by email through Google (Gmail), and the website runs on a server located in the European Union. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept for at most 24 months, then deleted. Data needed for guest registration and accounting on arrival is kept for as long as the law requires.
Cookies and third parties
The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics. The only thing kept in your browser is your light or dark theme choice, and only if you press the theme button. Fonts are served from our own server. On map pages, map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap, OpenTopoMap and Waymarked Trails, whose servers see your IP address when they deliver the images. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to its processing — just call or email us. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
