Terms and conditions
In short: you send a request through the website, the host confirms it personally, you pay nothing in advance and you can cancel free of charge at least 3 days before arrival.

2. What this website is for
The website describes the guesthouse, its rooms and the surrounding area, and lets you send a booking request. Nothing is sold or paid for through the website.
The page about saffron is a presentation of the crop grown by the host. It is not an online shop: no orders are taken and no prices are listed. If you are interested, please call.
3. Booking request and confirmation
A request sent through the form is not yet a booking. The booking becomes firm once the host confirms it by phone, WhatsApp or email. If the room you asked for is no longer free, the host will suggest another room or other dates, and you decide whether to accept.
You must be at least 18 years old to book. Please give us a phone number where we can actually reach you — this is how requests are confirmed.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in lei, per night, for 2 guests, with taxes included. The estimate shown in the form is indicative; the host gives you the final price when confirming the booking, and that is the price you pay. From the age of 12, children pay the adult rate.
5. Payment
No deposit is required. You pay at the guesthouse, on arrival. If you would like to pay by card, please tell us in advance.
6. Cancellation and changes
Cancellation is free if you let us know at least 3 days before arrival. Please tell us as early as you can, by phone or WhatsApp, so that we can welcome other guests.
For accommodation booked for specific dates, the law does not provide the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to other distance contracts (Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, Art. 16(l)); the cancellation terms above apply instead.
7. Arrival and departure
Check-in from 13:00, check-out by 11:00. For late arrivals, tell us your approximate arrival time. On arrival we ask for an identity document, as the law requires for guest registration.
8. House rules
- Rooms are non-smoking; you can smoke in the courtyard.
- Pets are not accepted. Chilla the dog, peacocks and hens live in the courtyard.
- Please keep quiet between 22:00 and 8:00.
- The shared kitchen and the summer kitchen are for all guests — please leave them as you found them.
- Guests are responsible for damage they cause to the rooms or to the furnishings.
9. Information about trails and sights
Distances, driving times, trail descriptions and maps on this website are for guidance only. Mountain conditions change quickly: check the weather and the trail status before setting off, and in an emergency call 112 or the Salvamont mountain rescue service at 0SALVAMONT (0725 826 668). The guesthouse is not responsible for how you use this information.
10. Website content
The texts and the photographs of the guesthouse belong to the guesthouse and may not be reused without permission. Photographs of sights come from Wikimedia Commons and are used under the free licences shown next to each image. Maps: © OpenStreetMap contributors.
11. Personal data
How we use the details you send us is explained in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
12. Complaints and disputes
If anything is wrong, please talk to us first — by phone at 0771 367 189 or by email at mosmircea33@yahoo.com. We reply within 30 days at most.
If we cannot settle it together, you can contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at anpc.ro, or use its alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL), which is free for consumers: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are decided by the competent Romanian courts. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the date of your request.
